The Doodle Dame has been around for more than 7 years and is based in sunny South Africa (time zone South African Standard Time / GMT+2).
The digital art, mockups, templates, etc. are created on PC and iPad (mostly Affinity Suite and Procreate) and uses a mix of hand drawn and purchased resources.
